Worskshop Description
In this one-time, hands-on 3-hour workshop, you'll learn the basics of throwing on the wheel — centering, opening, and pulling up your very first piece. You'll make several attempts throughout the class, then choose your two favorite pieces to leave with us. From there, our studio tech takes over — trimming, bisque firing, and glazing your pieces in the color of your choice. Come back in 4–6 weeks to pick up your finished work. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I understand that participating at a pottery studio includes the use of tools and equipment that could potentially be dangerous. As is the case with any pottery studio you enter, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I acknowledge that I understand that myself or my child will be operating and using a pottery wheel and all the accompanying tools that go with it. I acknowledge that participation in pottery classes exposes me or my child to a possible risk of personal injury. I am fully aware of the risk and hereby release Enkindle Fire, LLC, Noemi Dengo, and Janna Oliver from any and all liability, negligence, or other claims arising from, or in any way connected with, participating in a pottery class. I shall not now, or at any time in the future, bring any legal action against Enkindle Fire, LLC, Noemi Dengo, and Janna Oliver, and that this waiver is binding on me, my heirs, my spouse, my children, my legal representatives, my successors, and my assigns. I realize that I (or my child) is participating in pottery classes at my own risk.
